About Us

Granville Island has long been home to brothers Brenden and Stephen Bissett, who grew up helping their parents run a family bakery Laurelle’s Fine Foods also located in the Public Market. They were thrilled to have the opportunity to build on the Market Grill’s legacy of offering high quality, fast and fresh foods. Brenden and Stephen understand that Granville Island is a unique place, where locals and visitors alike mix together in the hopes of getting a taste of some of the best that Vancouver has to offer.
